Reflexology
This is a complementary therapy which works on the feet or the hands enabling the body to heal itself. Following illness, stress or injury the body is in a state of imbalance and vital energy pathways are blocked preventing the body from functioning effectively. The sensitive hands of the therapist can detect the imbalances in the feet or the hands and by working these points blockages can be released and restore the free flowing energy to the whole body.
As with reiki reflexology has no harmful side effects and anyone can be treated safely. Recipients often comment how relaxed and de-stressed they feel after a session of reflexology.
